Bogdan is a powerful business-oriented IT Professional with a Master’s degree focused on Information Technology. Bogdan Blokhin is a Certified SAFe® 5.0 Agilist and Experienced Certified Scrum Master, an Agile Coach and a PMS Product Owner with a demonstrated history of working on software projects of various sizes. Bogdan can help improve the performance of any client’s build through Scrum and Agile methodologies. Bogdan is responsible for teaching and training all our developers, ensuring the business process, test management, agile development, IT project management always adhere. Bogdan coordinates multiple PMS scrum teams, planning sprints, grooming backlogs, writing and maintaining requirements and acceptance criteria, estimating workload, reviewing and improving processes, organizing stand-ups and traditional sprint ceremonies. He is responsible for coaching all PMS development teams and individuals in adopting, executing and maintaining an agile approach with appropriate usage of tools. Bogdan Blokhin has over 15 years of proven experience in managing and coordinating test management tools, creating test plans based on development requirements and executing in different phases of the development process. He helps our QA’s with BlackBox testing, building test automation, supporting the development department, using agile methods (SCRUM) in planning.
